Sean Keating (Boyce).
Originally from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Now located in Washington, DC. I'm a VCU graduate of The Robertson School of Media and Culture with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. I have a passion for video editing, video production, photography, and story telling. Specializing in long form video editing, television news, photojournalism, and creative camera work. My documentary Stuck In Stone won Best Documentary and Best College Film in the Poe Professional Film Festival, and my work has received millions of views worldwide via television and the web.

Cherry Blossoms During Covid
With the first wave of Coivd spreading through the spring air the famous Cherry Blossom Festival was canceled for the first time since its inception in 1912, but you wouldn't think that by these photos. I documented the determined spectators from the 2020 cherry blossom season who risked life and lung to witness the peak flower bloom along the Tidal Basin.
George Floyd Protests May 2020 Minneapolis, Minnesota
Between providing live news updates and working on stories I was able to take some shots on my DSLR in an attempt to capture the emotional scenes. I was able to experience the direct aftermath of the protests following George Floyds murder. What I'll remember the most from my time there was the overwhelming sense of community. Everyone moved in this collective silence as they cleaned up the debris from the night before as if they knew what the other needed without exchanging words. You could feel the mourning for George Floyd in the air.

As a part of official Iraqi media I was granted exclusive access to document the official Oval Office meeting between President Trump and PM Al-Kadhimi. For our work that day my coworker and I were rewarded with an exclusive interview with Faud Hussein, Iraq's Foreign Minister.
